  6. 200; on five counts of second-degree murder; in New York City.
  7. Prosecutors upgraded the charges from manslaughter as a result
  8. of new evidence that Ray fell asleep at the controls and failed
  9. to apply the brakes because he had been drinking. If convicted
  10. of murder, Ray faces a minimum sentence of 15 years to life.
